Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of:

  • The Nurses Now Mobile App (for nurses and providers)
  • The Nurses Now Facility Portal (for healthcare facilities)
  • The Nurses Now Website

By accessing or using these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

  • Nurses must hold valid professional licenses and meet credentialing requirements
  • Facilities must be legally authorized healthcare providers.

Nurse Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate credentials, licenses, and work history.
  • Only accept shifts you are qualified and available to complete.
  • Clock in/out accurately using the app.
  • Follow facility policies while on assignment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and facility information.

Facility Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate job postings and shift details.
  • Pay invoices in accordance with agreed billing terms.
  • Ensure safe, compliant working conditions for assigned nurses.
  • Follow facility policies while on assignment.
  • Use the portal responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Payments

  1. Nurses – Payments will be made via instant payout or direct deposit, subject to completion of shifts and submission of timecards.

  2. Facilities – Billing and invoicing are processed through the portal. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

Use of Services

  • You agree not to misuse the app, portal, or website.
  • Unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on Nurses Now platforms are the property of Nurses Now. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Nurses Now provides a platform for connecting professionals and facilities, but is not liable for issues arising directly between users (e.g., performance, disputes).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nurses Now from claims, damages, or expenses related to misuse of the app, portal, or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
